Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Shipping to New Zealand

  • We offer shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-12 business days.

Shipping Internationally

  • We offer shipping to International locations, and have set rates based on weight and country zones. 
  • Standard shipping can range from 10-20 business days depending on your location.
  • Please note that custom fees, duties, and taxes may be applicable on your purchase, please check with your local authority before placing an order. 
  • We review shipping rates regularly to ensure competitive pricing.

Shipping to USA

  • We are now required to collect taxes and duties upfront and lodge these on behalf of customers in USA at time of lodgment with Australia Post.
  • We endeavour to provide accurate pricing, including expected tax, tarrifs and fees that may be applicable, however this is a changing landscape.
  • We reserve the right to request further payment of taxes, tariffs and handling fees before posting goods if they have been incorrectly calculated or changed with short notice.

Damaged Goods

In rare cases, items can arrive damaged due to mishandling by the carrier. Every effort is made to package and send items in a safe manner, however sometimes this is out of our control. In the event items arrive damaged, please contact via IG chat or email immediately. Please share photos of the box (all sides) and the packaging, along with the damaged item. Australia Post does in some circumstances seek the receiver attend their local post off to complete a damage report - we seek your cooperation to complete this so the matter can be resolved.
